Prior to launching Intelisearch, Mr. Rodriguez spent the latter half of his corporate career at The Sony Corporation. His last position being the Senior Human Resources Officer for Sony Recording Media, where he successfully decentralized and vertically integrated that company's domestic and export operations and cultivated leadership teams that achieved record growth. Mr. Rodriguez advised the senior team on leadership assessment, succession planning, competitive talent acquisition and business plan-HR linkage strategies. While in Atlanta, GA, he conceived and executed a recruiting model that facilitated the creation of Sony's first U.S. based world export headquarters. From that effort, he developed a pioneering leadership development needs analysis model - and implemented a best-in-class external leadership acquisition strategy. Elements included search firm selection, organizational culture and compatibility analysis, metrics-based recruiting value measurement and return on investment (ROI) evaluation methodologies.

Prior to his tenure at Sony, Mr. Rodriguez received distinction for his work co-creating the Leadership Staffing Center of Excellence (LSCE) for healthcare and insurance giant Blue Cross/Blue Shield. That best-practice model was later adopted throughout Blue Cross systems U.S wide.

George earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Psychology from Mercy College, where he graduated at the top of his class. He conducted his graduate Master's studies, in the area of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, at New York University.

George is affiliated with numerous thought leadership forums including the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS), Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) and American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Locally, George's advocacy initiatives and community work earned him the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's coveted Hispanic Businessman of the Year honors in 2002. George has also been named Connecticut Businessman of the Year and was selected to serve the state of Connecticut on the new Presidential Business Commission.

Under George's stewardship - Intelisearch has earned America's oldest Baldrige-level quality award (CQIA) for industry innovation - placing Intelisearch in good company along past winners that include Xerox, GE, IBM and Dupont. Driving the reproducible results that earned the award is the firm's proprietary process, EvaluMetrics™ - a uniquely analytical and culture-fit intensive model that enables 360° capture of the client's needs and converts them into a directly correlated leadership assessment and execution platform. The award recognizes Intelisearch as representing the very vanguard of executive search industry practices.
